How long do custom orders take?

Custom and made-to-order pieces typically take 2–3 weeks for production, depending on materials and volume.

Can I make alterations?

Absolutely. We offer in-house alterations Monday through Friday for an additional cost. You can visit our store for fittings or place your order online and include your alteration request in the notes.

What if my item breaks or comes undone?

All of our products are guaranteed for quality. If something comes undone due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What sizes do you carry?

We offer standard XS–XL sizing, with some specialty fits for performance or festival wear. Custom sizing is available upon request.

Where are your bikinis made?

All of our pieces are proudly USA-made with premium fabrics and attention to detail. Every style is cut, sewn, and finished by our in-house team in California.

Do you make custom colors or styles?

Yes! Many of our festival and swimwear pieces can be ordered in custom colors or fabrics not shown on the website. Custom orders are an additional cost — you can email us directly to confirm your request and complete payment through our website.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is confirmed,
changes are limited. Please contact our customer service team immediately, and
we’ll do our best to assist.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select luxury
financing providers. All transactions are securely encrypted.

Will I be charged sales tax?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Because our items are made to order and often customized, all sales are final. However, we’re happy to make minor adjustments or repairs if needed.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact our customer service team with your order number. We’ll provide instructions and a return label, if applicable.

When will I receive my refund?

All returns are refunded
via store credit in the form of a Rhino E-Gift Card.
